Am I eligible for an exchange student?
KAU maintains collaborative partnerships with numerous universities worldwide, facilitating an international exchange student program.
If you are an incoming exchange student from a university that has a reciprocal agreement with KAU, your ISP tuition fees will be waived.
However your home institution is not a KAU partner, or is a study abroad partner only, you are considered a study abroad student.
While the application process may differ for Exchange and Study Abroad students, the overall student experience remains consistent.Am I eligible for an exchange student?

You must be over 18 years of age, be enrolled at a university (or in receipt of an offer) or recent graduate. Non-native speakers of English are required to have an ability to understand lectures in English.How many courses can I take?
You can select from a wide range of courses offered as part of the ISP program at KAU. There are no limitations on the number of courses you can enroll in, allowing you to tailor your academic experience according to your interests and goals. However, it's important to note that the maximum obtainable credit may vary depending on the individual subjects you choose to undertake.Will I get credit for the courses I take in Korea Aerospace University?
Credit for courses you successfully complete at KAU is normally transferable towards your degree from your home institution if your home institution is a KAU partner. We, however, higlhy recommend you to visit your academic advisor or international office whether you can trasfer credits earned at KAU. This is the responsibility of students to inquire their college/university about the necessary process.How can I confirm if my payment was successfully processed?
The ISP will be in touch with you by email to send you a receipt.What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Please visit "refund policy" page in the menu. Are meals included in the housing fee?
A Meal Plan is not included in the housing fee. There is an array of mini-restaurants and bars on and off campus where students can buy meals.When do I know the result of my application?
You will be notified on the result within two weeks after your application package is received.
